My apologies for not writing sooner, but a huge "Thank You" to you and your staff for the amazing food you made for our wedding in June.
All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding breakfast, the dairy free option for the kids was a real hit and I think the desert was the most welcomed by the New Zealand contingent who claim Pavlova as their own.
My father was so pleased with the beef dish - just 'blue' enough for him to thoroughly enjoy.
Thank you again, from service, canapes, wedding breakfast, wine service to coffee. All was perfect!
