Thank YOU for helping to make our wedding weekend such a triumph! From the first time we spoke and then met I always knew that we were in wonderful hands but you really did pull off the most amazing food and event for us! The afternoon tea was delicious - everyone said how yummy it was and so perfectly British and perfect for the occasion. And then the dinner on Friday night was out of this world. It was such a lovely family occasion for us and to be eating such fabulous food in the most beautiful setting was such an honour.
Finally the wedding breakfast itself! We were inundated with comments on how delicious the food was! I'm so sorry that you all had to struggle with the weather back of house - I can assure you that we knew nothing of it and everything was pulled off perfectly. The cake too was beautiful and it was so reassuring to know that you had everything under control throughout the weekend despite our little stresses.
Finally, thank you for all your help negotiating with Henry and Maureen as well as the Poachers Inn and all the behind the scenes tips you gave us. We couldn't have done it without you.
