Dear Rebecca,

What a stupendous effort you made on our behalf to produce such a magnificent meal for Katherine and Matts wedding.

 

Everyone I spoke to said how delicious it was - including a Michelin starred chef and another wedding caterer. My only regret was that I didn't have a chance to try more of your canapes as I was too busy being a hostess.

 

Anyway a huge "Thank you" for making it such a stress free and happy occasion. You really did live up to your considerable reputation of being a star! Everything was just perfect and totally yummy.
