THAT LUNCH WAS FANTASTIC – THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
The salmon, salads and desserts were wonderful, beautifully cooked and with lots of flavour. The presentation was excellent and everything looked very attractive and appetising. You may be pleased to know that some of the local guests instantly recognised it as coming from your kitchen - ‘always sooo good’!
You have the most wonderful staff – very professional, attentive, unobtrusive and ultra-helpful, always looking to see what could be done to make certain that everyone (including Maureen and I) enjoyed the occasion as much as possible. Needless to say, the kitchen in the village hall was left in immaculate order and we accepted, with alacrity, their kind offer to wash the glasses. All perfect. Please pass on our huge thanks to them.
All in all, we, our family and our guests had a lovely lunch party – thank you again for your very significant contribution.

I’d like to reiterate that in glowing terms. Your team led by the massively capable Donna were faultless. I don’t think I even for 3 seconds had to think about ANYTHING. Even she thought of having a glass of champagne to be brought to me when I had to go upstairs to send a work email for 10 mins. A special thank you to Donna for everything she did and for always looking calm and happy at every moment.
I can’t remember if I said but I used to work on a catering team when i was young so I know how much hard work it is, how the unexpected regularly throws itself at you and how difficult customers can be (I hope we were not!). So I REALLY appreciate the total unflappable attitude of the whole team and the lovely experience we had. The youngsters were all very charming. I can remember some but not all their names but what a very lovely lot. A credit to you and their mothers! Very impressive. Well chosen.
Mike was GREAT and did a fab BBQ - I hope he enjoyed it too. The burgers were astonishingly delicious and if you are allowed to pass on the name of the supplier I’d be delighted as I’ve love to buy some as and when.
Being looked after for breakfast was ACE - that team was utterly FAB as well.
VERY happy customers as I hope you have gathered! 🙂

I wanted to email you to say a huge thank you to you and your team for making our wedding such an amazing day last Saturday 30th. Not only did you pull all the stops out and provide the most delicious food but you also gave us such lovely assistants who took care of every little detail and some!!! Nothing was too much trouble and you all worked flat out to keep things moving, friendly and professional…..people are still talking about your dumplings (our daughter even asked if I could bulk order these from you if shipping were possible?)!!!
You are truly the expert in every aspect of event catering and I would love to utilise your services again in the near future.
I do hope we or our guests weren’t too hard work or loud (free bar does tend to bring out the diva in some I’m afraid)?
Please let me know if there is any form of recommendation I can complete for you as I would be delighted to do so.

WEDDING AT PLUSH MANOR – JUNE 16, 2018
We wanted to write to you to thank you for the absolutely wonderful catering you provided for our wedding last Saturday.
Before I elaborate, I must tell you that we have already received some letters and verbal feedback from guests saying that not only was this one of the best weddings they have ever attended, but also that the food was, without doubt, the best they had ever eaten at a wedding.
You and your team delivered this with such professionalism and style, and there was literally nothing we could fault. Having delivered a reception for nearly 100 people, followed by a four-course formal dinner including different wines with each course, you then turned everything around on Sunday morning and produced a lunch for 80 people which looked as though it was a completely new event!
This is a serious testament to the operation that you run.
The food itself was extraordinarily good, starting with canapes including scallops cooked in front of guests and served on shells (described by two guests as ‘sublime’ and ‘the best canape I have ever eaten’), and followed by a wonderful starter of fig with ricotta cheese and pancetta. The barbequed local lamb for the main course received universal acclaim and several people have commented that this is the first wedding they have attended where the vegetables were freshly cooked to perfection (so often they are overcooked or dried up). We then had the wonderful collection of local artisan cheeses followed by an absolutely delicious panna cotta with raspberries. And a finale of home-made florentines that my new wife has not stopped talking about since.
You really are a genius with food.
I must also mention the extraordinary service from your front of house team and waiting staff. All immaculately turned-out and helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble.
We have been to many weddings where, quite frankly, the food has been poor and the service indifferent, with the same tired old formulas being ‘trotted out’. You manage to create innovative and exciting food which is cooked to perfection, even for large numbers of people.
Please accept our heartfelt thanks and admiration and we shall not hesitate to sing your praises to everyone we speak to about our wedding!
