What can we say?! What a fantastic weekend. The food and service were spot on. I don’t know how many guests have told us that it was the best event food they had tasted. Everything from the canapés, the gazpacho, the salads, the beef! through to the late night scotch eggs… your team were fantastic - they were polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Touches like boxing up and labelling all of the leftovers were so helpful too (we thoroughly enjoyed making our way through those). When you all arrived for round two the next morning and everything was tidied up and ready to go, it made the whole thing so easy for us.
Please do pass on our thanks to all of the team - your head chef is a legend, and , Lisa, Richard, Electra and every single one were a pleasure to work with.
And a particular thanks to you, Rebecca - your guidance through the planning process and your relaxed, reassuring presence over the weekend made the whole thing go beautifully.
