These menus have been designed with ‘you in mind’. We prepare the dishes lovingly at our kitchen HQ, using the very best ingredients, locally sourced. We then package them, label them with cooking instructions and deliver them to your door, ready for the oven.

  • Chicken liver pate enriched with port and brandy accompanied by Cumberland sauce served with fresh crusty breads
  • Local Asparagus wrapped in pancetta served with pesto mayo, and mini croutons
  • Mushroom and truffle arancini served with a truffle mayo (v)
  • Smoked mackerel pots, with horseradish, mustard and crème fraiche served with carrot salad and lemon dressing
  • Smoked salmon pate with beetroot compote, and herb salad and lemon and herb dressing.
  • Oriental duck salad with amazing orange and sesame dressing, spring onions and crispy noodles


  • Slow cooked pork belly with cider sauce and spring vegetables and mini fondant potatoes
  • Confit of lamb wrapped in pancetta and served with a red wine and herb jus served with spring vegetables and mini fondants
  • Braised local lamb with rosemary, mint and redcurrant
  • Poached chicken, tarragon sauce and spring vegetables and fondant potatoes
  • Roasted butternut squash risotto with white wine and finished with parmesan (V)
  • Confit of Duck served with an orange and black cherry reduction served with spring vegetables
