My apologies for not writing sooner, but a huge "Thank You" to you and your staff for the amazing food you made for our wedding in June.
All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding breakfast, the dairy free option for the kids was a real hit and I think the desert was the most welcomed by the New Zealand contingent who claim Pavlova as their own.
My father was so pleased with the beef dish - just 'blue' enough for him to thoroughly enjoy.
Thank you again, from service, canapes, wedding breakfast, wine service to coffee. All was perfect!

Thank you very much for the absolutely exceptional cuisine that we and all our guests so thoroughly enjoyed at our wedding at Rockley Manor on the 4th July 2015.
The canapes were sublime, and were gleefully devoured by all. As for the wedding breakfast what can I say, it was a spectacularly good meal by anybody's standard and for a wedding breakfast it was breathtaking.
The much discussed carb salad was yummy, light and delicious. and then came the fillet of beef, incredible, it was superb. The honeycombe ice cream was a great finale. We had so many comliments from our many "foodie" guests about the best wedding food ever. Thank you and your whole team.

What a stupendous effort you made on our behalf to produce such a magnificent meal for Katherine and Matts wedding.
Everyone I spoke to said how delicious it was - including a Michelin starred chef and another wedding caterer. My only regret was that I didn't have a chance to try more of your canapes as I was too busy being a hostess.
Anyway a huge "Thank you" for making it such a stress free and happy occasion. You really did live up to your considerable reputation of being a star! Everything was just perfect and totally yummy.
