Hello Rebecca,

Just a quick line (despite my very sore head!) to say what a fantastic job your team did last  night and please pass on our sincere thanks. The band were swinging so we didn’t see them go, but Ben and Gill did an amazing job in the kitchen and Abby, Meghan and Tommy were charming and attentive the whole evening (NB they were all lovely but Abby in particular was an absolute gem).

We had very high expectations following our two previous parties with you but the dinner last night was totally first rate; delicious, beautifully presented, and it all flowed one course to the next. Thank you.

We can’t wait for our next party and to have your team cook for us again.
