While lying by the sea in Italy I just wanted to send an email to say how utterly delicious your food was on our wedding day.
Where to begin, the canapés were a great hit, so well presented and everyone raved about the tempura. Thank you for understanding and adjusting to my canapé tray needs…very much appreciate you staying so calm. They looked beautiful!
The food at dinner was out of this world, the way the venison was done still makes my mouth water. That really was the star of the show! Honestly, everyone came up to me to say how delicious it was! And obviously the honeycomb ice cream was to die for.
Your waitresses and girls did a fantastic job, laying the table, serving and everything in between.
All in all, we very much enjoyed working with you and hope to see and enjoy your food again soon.
